When CommonWealth Partners became the sole partner for CALPERS’ national commercial office portfolio, they approached the agency for rebrand of their corporate logo and the development of a website that allowed for a more expansive corporate identity. Furthermore, the website needed to be an effective vehicle to market the burgeoning national portfolio of the commercial office properties – both for CALPERS and other corporate partners.
