Granite Park

Granite Park is an urban infill residential for-sale development in an exclusive neighborhood in Pasadena, CA. The agency was retained at the front end of the development to gain community support and overcome neighboring opposition for its construction. Successfully accomplished, the agency’s role expanded into developing an entirely new concept for marketing materials, advertising campaign, a marketing website and a public relations campaign that continued to garner community support and positive sales exposure.
