Pegasus

The 322-unit Pegasus was one of downtown Los Angeles’ first adaptive redevelopments, spurring a trend for residential in former commercial and industrial properties. Built in 1924 as the headquarters for General Petroleum, it had been vacant for 12 years prior to its conversion to apartments. The Kor Group and Kennedy-Wilson engaged the agency to brand the historic property and to create a public relations and advertising campaign that would engage the consumer in downtown. Strategies employed included a new logo and brand for the property; regional advertising and public relations campaign; new marketing brochure and website; direct mail campaign; exterior signage and graphics; events and extensive media coverage throughout the construction and lease-up phase.
