Located in a highly industrialized section of downtown Los Angeles, Toy Factory Lofts was truly one of the first residential redevelopments of an industrial building in that market. It was positioned for young, creative urbanites that were early adopters to the loft experience. The agency was brought on board to brand the entire development, which included a full suite of marketing materials, exterior signage, eye-catching banners, events and a public relations campaign. The record-setting sell-out of the Toy Factory Lofts still retains its standard-setting status in residential redevelopment.
