After the Agency successfully completed a public/media relations project on behalf of one of Equity Residential’s Northern California projects in 2011, the firm engaged Macy + Associates to coordinate all public/media relations programs for the firm’s Northern California operations and portfolio of multifamily properties. Work included the media relations for the state’s largest modular multi-family housing project; managing local messaging relative to the firm’s acquisition of one of the largest multi-family portfolios in the nation; and continues with all aspects of strategy development and execution relative to Equity Residential’s existing properties and new developments.
