LBA Realty initially brought the agency on board to re-brand and re-image Park Place soon after assembling neighboring properties into a 105-acre mixed-use development in Irvine, CA. The Agency created acomprehensive branding and leasing campaign, including the design of an experiential marketing center for tenants and brokers. Following the initial lease-up, the Agency was again retained to create a new advertising campaign for a specific property, whereby there existed an opportunity for a private entrance/lobby. Both campaigns were highly-effective in facilitating leasing overall, and the 90% lease-up was instrumental in the Client forming a joint venture and selling a 45% interest in the 2.7 million square foot office and retail property.
