Macy + Associates was engaged to reinvigorate Napa Valley Corporate Park, a 246-acre, mixed-use development located at the southern entrance to Napa Valley. Boasting an eclectic tenant roster of both consumer and commercial concerns including wine tasting rooms, two resorts, a day spa, a museum, and more, the existing name was misleading. The tenants were not all ‘corporate’. As part of a multi-faceted re-branding campaign, the Agency immediately set about re-branding the project ‘Napa Valley Commons’ to better serve the tenant base and to send a clearer brand message to potential tenants and consumers. The resulting branding campaign featured new photography and a mobile friendly website, implemented in conjunction with a comprehensive media relations campaign and events to reintroduce the development. The Board and the Property owners reaped enormous benefits and were extremely pleased with the rebirth of Napa’s premier mixed-use development: Napa Valley Commons.
