The 318 homes within Vue became the catalyst for an emerging residential community along San Pedro’s historic waterfront. Expansive, unobstructed views abound, within a modern high-rise environment with resort-like amenities. We were approached to develop a branding campaign to not only assist with entitlements on the front end, but through sales and marketing following completion of construction. Advertising, public relations, a complete suite of marketing materials and events were all integrated into a results-driven strategy that resulted in an 80% pre-sale of the development, securing the property’s construction loan in the process.
