Macy + Associates was retained to handle the branding and marketing of a new office development overlooking the Ballona Wetlands and three blocks from the beach. The Strand Offices was the first new development in this beachside community in over 20 years, and the agency assisted with working with the community to embrace the architecture and the new development.

The Strand Offices sustainable design and materials was enthusiastically received the community, the Coastal Commission and L.A. City Planning, and the active marketing / leasing campaign commenced while construction was underway. The marketing campaign led to the entire office compound being leased to two credit-worthy tenants:  Portland based-Craft Brew Alliance and a New York-based tech company, Corra.

When ownership decided to sell The Strand Offices, Macy + Associates once again implemented a broad-based marketing and advertising campaign to great success. The Strand Offices ultimately sold for the highest per square foot price in the market in January, 2020 to a real estate investment company.
